When viewers first met Nikita, she seemed focused on one thing: revenge. Division did kill her fiance, after all.
But Maggie Q’s character has gone back to right some wrongs on recent episodes (e.g. “Rough Trade”), leading viewers to wonder if she has regrets or has gone soft or… what.
“I’d say it’s more redemption than anything,” the actress told Zap2It. “I think it’s more about Nikita having to feel human again and wanting to go back and fix the things that she didn’t have control over at the time, which is a very hard thing to do. I don’t know if she’s going to be able to do that entirely, but she’s certainly trying.”

I’ve uploaded a beautiful new photoshoot of Maggie taken for WWD by Patrick Hoelck. This is one of my favorite shoots of Maggie and in addition I have added a snippet of her interview with the magazine.
The ‘Nikita’ actress – who is a vegan and animal rights activist and refuses to wear leather or fur – remembers coveting clothes by the US fashion designer when she was a teenager but admitted she wasn’t grown up enough to wear them.
She said: “I remember appreciating Donna Karan when I was a teenager, but I couldn’t wear it because I wasn’t a woman yet.
“You have to be a woman to wear her clothes – or at least half a woman and put it on to be a full woman.”
Maggie is also a fan of designers Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons and Rick Owens as well as Stella McCartney and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
